| | Hi Tony,

>> PF FEED A4

I don't know exactly, but I seem to remember this meens feed manualy A4 size
paper. The printer receives an escape code which instructs the printer to select
a papersize (tray) which isn't available at the time.
Does this only happen when you print from within ALL-IN-1 ?
What's the content of the Sheet feeder trays field on the Pagination Settings
menu ? If it differs from NOTRAY change it to NOTRAY and try again.
Hope this helps,
Martin

| | Hi Martin,

    Thanks for the reply.

    This is only from ALL-IN-1.

The sheet feeder tray option = NOTRAY. I'll hace to check but it
doesn't happen with all mails that have attachments, could it be
    document related ?

    Cheers,

    Tony

An attachment can have a different pagination setting than the mailmessage
itself. To check is this is true. Select an message which shows the print
problem, file the attachment and print the attachment.
Succes,
Martin
