ALL-IN-1 V3.0-1

If a user creates an event with attendees and among these attendees there are
non-ALL-IN-1 users and they are added with "non-ALL-IN-1 user  (PAPER MAIL)",
then if he wants to READ this event etc. only (PAPER MAIL) appears.

        This problem is described in the engineering explanation portion of
        THR-16931, which is available in STARS as "Cannot Remove Remote or
        Paper Mail Attendees From Event In V3.0".
