    Hi,
    	My cust.(Segate) got error when he used "MGT CM AM" as following:-
    
    		error opening init file,cm_init_environment.
    		%OA-E-SCPOPEN, error opening script file.
    		%RMS-E-DNF, directory not found
    		%NONAME-W-NOMSG, message no. 00000000
    
    	VMS 5.5-2, ALL-IN-1 v.3.0, MailBus 3.2
    
    	I can't find the error from TIMA system. Have somebody ever got
    the error?

    Hi,
    
    First just in case check the file is there
    OA$LIB:CM_INIT_ENVIRONMENT.SCP
    
    If it is then it sounds like a problem with their search order.  The
    easist thing to do is this.
    
    In the OAUSER directory you'll find a CM_MANAGER.A1$ESO and
    CM_MANAGER.A1$LSO (or something like this) rename these to keep them
    safe.  Now go out of ALL-IN-1 and back in again.  Go straight into CM
    and you'll be asked inf you want develop in your search order, say no.
    Now you'll have a standard search order and that should be fine.
    
    By the way why are they using MGT CM AM when they can simply do AM?

    	My Cust. got error %OA-E-SCPOPEN, error openning script "CM_Create"
    	                   -RMS-E-DNF, directory not found
    		           NONAME-W-NOMSG, memory number 0000000
        when he used "CM C" with his account. But ALL-IN-1 account can do. 
    I know it like the priveleged problem. But I have checked VMS & ALL-IN-1 
    privelged,it is equal to ALL-IN-1 account. What can I see more?

        Hi,
        
        I suggest that you try 4040.1 again and see if this fixes it.
        
        If not it might be that they have some CM elements customised, so 
        look for CM* record in CM$SITELOG and if this is the case let me 
        know.

    	(ALL-IN-1 v2.4,Mailbus 3.2,VMS 5.5-2)
        It works only for ALL-IN-1. I have grant the priveleges equal to
    ALL-IN-1. But it's still same error. What should I do?
