If this has been reported elseware please point me in the
right direction!!
I've tested this om 3.0-1 of ALL-IN-1
We found that if we do:
SM MUA NAA
The formlibrary is not filled in.
(OA$LIB:OA$ADMIN)
If user already is an Admin and has the Form Libr. written
right with OA$LIB:OA$ADMIN etc, the remove is done fine but
if this is not written the RAP removes all form libr written
on the line.

Anna,
Are you sure you're not thinking of v2.4? in v3.0 the NAA doesn't
need to put OA$LIB:ADMIN on the form-library line anymore it's all
done by magic with rightsids and things.
I could reproduce the problem with RAP blowing away the form-library
line so you should SPR that. ?
