    Before attempting to re-invent the wheel... I am sure atleast one 
    of you Good Souls has already either fully or partially implemented 
    the following:
     
    When mail is delivered to a user a 'newmail arrival' broadcast is 
    delivered to account(s) that has/have been granted mail access to 
    recipient's drawer.  The number of grantor's unread messages is 
    also displayed on grantee's/grantees' screen(s).
    
    A copy of your tool or comments would be most helpful!
