VMS 5.5-2 + IOS 3.0 with A1_FIX012030 fix + VTX 4.1
A WPL file containing a TDE picture was sent to VTX$QUEUE using VT200
as printer styles with approriate VTX details for workbench loading.
The output seemed OK but some formatting escape sequence added by
VTX$QUEUE upset terminal settings, which had to be cleared with $ SET
TERM/INQUIRE or key board SETUP key
The same disruption occurred when seeing from VTX workbench or typing
the temporary files, e.g. TDE.VTXPRINT_00000_SMITH in VTX$WB_FILES area
The patch A1_FIX012030 was applied correctly, incl the steps of adding
a new keyword TRAILING_BLANK_LINES to printer tables .PRA such as
VT200, VT300 and LN03

If this ICF doesn't specifically state that it will now allow TDE
portions of a WPS-PLUS document to work properly after submission
to VTX$QUEUE, then this is not supported.

I already suspected this was a bug but wanted to check it out if some
one has come across it. Also my minimal knowledge of the working of
VTX$QUEUE made me believe this problem was having nothing to do with
VTX itself, so later versions of VTX say 5.% wouldn't help either.
In fact, this patch A1_FIX012030 didn't seem to fix other formatting
problems on WPL documents; although note 2506 did find it cure the loss
of blank lines. I'll post another note.
On the current TDE formatting problem, I'll submit a SRF

For those reading out there, add <ESC>(B to the end of the termination
sequence in the PRA file used for VTX$QUEUE
