    i've got 2 UDP's that i'd like to make menu options. but i don't
    rememeber how and can't find it documented how to do this.

    Or are you referring to the specially named UDPs that are bound to keys
    F17 - F20 (and their Gold versions)? If so, just call the UDP F17
    (etc.) and you're in business.
    
    Otherwise, can't you just use the UDP function to fire off the UDP? See
    the named data of form default (F17 {find}).

    another quick question -
    
    i need to make my happy menu option available from an INDEX form, i've
    added it to EM$INDEX$OPTIONS and MORE$SCROLL$INDEX$KEYS
    should it be anywhere else?
    when i try to use it, i get INVALID CHOICE
