Customer is running ALL-IN-1 V3.0 and gets the following error
when trying to merge a 12,000 line file into a WPS boilerplate:
%OA-F-VMGETFATAL, LIB$GET_VM failure, 10321 bytes at 00000000 -
OA$MSG_ADD_REC link blk
Is this possibly another incidence of the 512 block record problem
seen in V2.4, or is this just a case of resources being insufficient.
I know there are a number of get_vm notes here, but I haven't seen
one with this particular second line.
Explanations? Ideas?

I think your 512 byte guess is a reasonable one but I guess from the
silence you're going to have to SPR it to find out.
