    I hope you're not still desperate 4 days later. I must admit I didn't
    follow the flow of your problem. Do you not have a MAIN drawer? or do
    you have one but can't create another one?
    
    Also I wasn't clear which error was the one you were getting when
    creating a drawer and which was the one you got when creating an
    account.
    
    Oh and one final reminder this is after all only a notes conference
    and for urgent support you should always call your CSC. In your case I
    don't know whether you call us (atlanta), Canada or Singapore since I
    haven't quite figured out the latest reorganisation yet!

    I repeated the installation on another system and I'm having the same 
    error. I simply cannot create an account.
    
    In my ALL-IN-1 Manager account I don't have any drawers, and when I
    create an account and the users want to use it they receive an error
    saying the account is locked.
    
    The first time I thought it was an installation problem, but after two
    installations I think it's a different kind of problem.
    
    This is for demo purposes, I'm installing the Spanish version (uhhh!),
    and I have spent a lot of time without any results ...
    
    I would appreciate any help, I'm sure it's something simple that I'm
    just missing ...

    Again i'll repeat my recommendation that you try obtaining support
    formally from your CSC...
    
    OK Create Account - if it completed successfully (check the log) then
    just go MGT MUA select the account and type UNLOCK (it's a hidden
    option).
    
    If you're missing your main drawer then you need to repeat partition seeding
    this has been discussed in many many notes but basically its
