Can someone shed some light on this for me ???
Trying to do the following :
$allin1/reenter/noinitialize/device_type=hardcopy/editor=edt
Enter CMD:oa$ini_initialize
Enter CMD::COPY "SCO$WORK:19930830103430.res" "[.DOC7]ZUVMF3K2R.WPL"
The file "SCO$WORK:19930830103430.res" is nearly 12,000 blocks in size,
48,000 lines long. Version of ALL-IN-1 is V3.
First time I got a KOA$ message saying out of memory, so I upped
KOA$HEAP_SIZE which seemed to get me further but now I get :
%OA-E-NOCOPY, Problem with COPY function - file "[.DOC7]ZUVMF3K2R.WPL"
-OA-E-IOPUT, Error writing file "!AS"
Any ideas ???
Cheers,
Jamie.

| 3205.1 | WPS-PLUS has 32,000 line limit | IOSG::NEWLAND | Richard Newland, IOSG, REO2-G/L2 | Mon Aug 30 1993 16:34 | 9 |
A WPS-PLUS file has a documented maximum line count of 32,000 lines, which you are exceeding. What format is your .RES file, and does it need to be converted to WPS-PLUS? The 32,000 line limit applies only to WPS-PLUS files so if you used another format such as ASCII you will be able to copy the file. Richard | |||||
