        I have a customer with 150 ALL-IN-1 users and

    	VAX 8650, 
    	HSC, 
    	RA8x disks
    	

    They are looking to upgrade to newer technology.  A possible
    configuration is ...

    	MicroVAX 3100 Model 90 (24 VUPS)
    	RZ26/RZ28 disks (5)
    	128MB memory
    	IO-Express or SuperCache
    	
    Logically, this should dance circles around the 8650, but emotionally,
    they are having trouble believing such a small box could replace the
    huge inventory they have.  Has anyone else run ALL-IN-1 in a similar
    configuration for a similar or greater number of users?

	Jay, I know this may be obvious but have you tried calling Remote Sales since they tend to know all this sort of stuff. I don't because here at the CSC we're still only up to VAX 8000s regards, Andrew.D.Wicks
