    ALL-IN-1 V3.0

    Hi, Does anyone have a script fragment to display all (shared) mail
    messages that have a usage count of n (usually 1 but is
    user-specified). What criteria does ALL-IN-1 archiving use? We have
    alot of shared mail messages that users refuse to delete - some dating
    back to '88 and taking up precious disk space.

    thanks for any info/ideas,
    g

| 3189.2 | Use the File Cabinet Report (from ASSETS) | SIOG::T_REDMOND | Thoughts of an Idle Mind | Fri Aug 27 1993 12:15 | 8 |
| The ALL-IN-1 File Cabinet Report will produce a listing (optional) for
    each user showing all the messages in the mail shared areas that they
    are the sole sharer of. Most sites I know (that use this report) send
    the relevant pages to each user with a polite invitation to delete some
    of the messages, or unshare them, or face the eternal wrath of the
    system manager.
