IOS 3.0 upgrade failed at post-instal phase with the following error:

Looking into KIPOSTINSTALL.COM revealed the line
$ WA "$rights = F$GETJPI( """",""RIGHTSLIST"" )"
that must have triggered this problem when the length of this symbol exceeded
1024 bytes.
Is it worth checking this potential error in pre-instal check given some
SYSTEM account is having more and more rights identifiers assigned by system
management tasks, server management etc.
