I have a customer using V3.0 of ALL-IN-1 with time management. He
has had problems with deleting and multi-deleting calandar events since
V2.4. When he does a delete or multi-delete the header information gets
placed into the Created mail folder??????? His other problem is when he
deletes more then 8 meetings at once. He gets a message "unable to
open attendee file". He then needs to exit out of ALL-IN-1 and then
get back in before he can do anything else. When talking to the CSC
they tell him these are known problems. He has applied all the patches
they have recommended but he still has these annoying problems.
His question is --- WHEN ARE THESE PROBLEMS GOING TO BE FIXED???
Does anyone know?
Thanks,
Maripat

Maripat,
If the CSC has told you that they are known problems, then they are. If
there are no fixes currently available, then there aren't.
You should get your customer to formally report this with an SPR. You
should follow this up with details of how badly this is
affecting them, and what the business implications are likely to be.
I.e. are they likely to throw the system out, might they not order some
more systems etc... This will help us to prioritise the use of our
resources.
In any case, we don't answer questions like this in a public notesfile.
Graham
PS Please spell ALL-IN-1 correctly, all in capitals.

One bit of good news is that I couldn't reproduce these problems in the
PFR. Was there anything special that we might not have thought of?
Cheers

Especially the second problem. I've had it reported, but never
with enough details to allow me to duplicate it or submit an SPR.
