Hi, Has anyone else seen this little bug? VMS version 5.5-2 ALL-IN-1 v3.0 & v3.0-1 Problem: A user has a habit of pressing GOLD-B when reading read receipts. He now gets a message "locating end of document" which locks his account up indefinitely. This occurs on all accounts. Answer: ? -Trev

I have seen a problem with a LIST Gold-Bottom that sounds similar to your
problem. LIST would go into a loop based upon certain conditions to do
with the number of lines of the document not yet read into it's internal
buffer.
Could you try the following:
1. Read the message to the end using RETURN or NEXT SCREEN
2. Do Gold-Top
3. Do Gold-Bottom
Does this go into loop? If not then it's probably the problem we know
about.
Richard
