Hello,

Customer is having a problem with the rename account procedure under 
ALL-IN-1 V3.0-1.

The log file contains the following errors ;

%OA-E-MRGFNF, Error opening MERGE file "[.MSG]ZUJEJF1I3.WPL"
-OA-E-TXTOPNERR, TEXT DSAB open error
%OA-E-TXTOPNERR, TEXT DSAB open error
%OA-E-NOGETTAG, Error getting semantic tag from "[.MSG]ZUJEJF1I3.WPL"
-RMS-E-FLK, file currently locked by another user

A STARS article describes this problem and says that the user who submitted 
the procedure had the WPSDEF.WPL deleted from its ALL-IN-1 subdirectory.  

However, we could reproduce it on another manner.  He schedules the 
procedure RNA.  During the run of the procedure, we are editing a file in 
WPS-PLUS.  The same error occurs !  
Probably it's because the WPSDEF.WPL of the user who submitted the procedure 
is locked.
The customer is now worried about other housekeeping procedures, like 
procedures that do not require a shutdown of ALL-IN-1.  The ALL-IN-1 manager 
can continue editing documents.  When the procedure fails, it sends a mail 
to the manager account.  Will this also fail ? 


Another question.  The customer runs procedures which do CDA conversion of 
WPS-PLUS documents.  However, there's a possibility that people are busy 
editing those documents.  Do you have examples or recommendations on how to 
check a document is locked ?
