132 COLUMNS IN BOILERPLATE FILE

We have created a boilerplate file for the MERGE function of ALL-IN-1.
The output of the MERGE function is sent with the following script
in the queue OA$SCRIPT_ENGLISH with SUBMIT command:

At the receipt of the mail no configuration can be programmed.
How can we add in the template file the statement of automatic shift
in 132 columns to read the mail and the horizontal pitch at 16 for the
printing in 132 columns?
How can we specify a graphic or special character WP-Plus in a
template/boilerplate file?
