A customer running ALL-IN-1 V2.4 just had his VMS upgraded from V5.4 to V5.5-2. He is unable to start the formatter. The queue gets defined but NOT started. Issuing: $start/queue oa$formatter return a "File not found" error. It is not referring to sys$system:oa$formatter.exe which exists. Thanks, Cb.

i've had this at my customer site, also.it resulted from word perfect
being on the same system as ALl-IN-1. WPC is not integrated into
ALl-IN-1, its just there. had to deassign the smbshrsvr logical before
ques were started and then reassign after ques started.

Customer upgraded from VMS 5.4 to 5.5-2 too.
