Hello,

I have found a hard copy of a book call ALL-IN-1 Problem Solving (Field Test 
Draft). Can someone tell if there is such a book in the ALL-IN-1 
documentation set? If yes, where can I get the final draft over the network?

The software versions noted in the book are ALL-IN-1 V2.3, V2.4 and V3.0. The 
book contains the following chapters:

1. First Step
2. ALL-IN-1 Electronic Messaging
3. ALL-IN-1 Housekeeping

    I'll do my best to answer this.  
    
    Do you mean the ALL-IN-1 Troubleshooting Guide (it's got lots of big
    flow charts in it)?  If you do, this book is still in field test, and
    should be available in about August.
    
    It doesn't form part of the main ALL-IN-1 documentation set.
    
    If you have any more questions or comments on this book, Chris(tine)
    Rogers (IOSG::ROGERSC) will be able to help you.

Hello,

The draft that i've got doesn't contain any flowcharts at all. For each 
sections, there are a list steps with Yes and No actions. I don't think we 
are talking about the document because the date of the draft (Field 
Test) is 23/09/91. This is a very time ago, but it did say it is for V3.0 as 
well as V2.3 and V2.4. That is why I am interested in the doc. 

Can you tell where I can get a copy of this Troubleshooting Guide?

    I know Ro's always right but anyway....
    
    there was a book called "problem Solving" produced in 1991 - the author
    is listed as Simon Bedford-Roberts if that helps - I got a copy during
    DIAMOND field test but don't what happened to the book after that.

    I am also at a loss at what the author of .4 was trying to say by
    posting a directory that appeared to contain many non ALL-IN-1 related
    documents.
