2752.0. "OA-W-DSKACPERR, Storage device not available" by KERNEL::SIMPSONR (fred) Tue May 25 1993 15:00
 ALL-IN-1 V3.0    VMS V5.5

 Hello I have a customer who has a TM problem. His users are non-privileged
 users who have set owner privilege. To explain the problem, there are two
 accounts, Account A and Account B. These two accounts reside on two different
 user disks and quotas are enabled on both. They both have quota enties but only
 on the disk that the account resides. When Account A sets owner across to
 Account B and attempts to create an event they receive the following error
 message:
  "OA-W-DSKACPERR, Storage device not available, see your System Manager"
 They then gave Account A, a quota entry on Account B's disk and the error has
 gone away. The customer is happy that he has a solution. However a little
 distressed that he may have to give every user a quota entry on the opposite
 disk. Is this the right way of resolving this problem...
 Regards,
 Richard Simpson.

|  |     Richard,

    I don't know about "right" but it's probably the "only" way other
    than moving all the users onto the sam disk!

    Regards,
