ALL-IN-1 v2.4, VMS V5.5.-2, MR V3.1B, MRGATE V3.1B One of my user has sent a ALL-IN-1 mail to other remote users' VMSmail account. However, the remote users complained that they have recevied 4 copies of this mail. I have read note 2139.* and know that the problem may be due to the remote system's fetcher. Am I right? But this situation, I think, is only apply to ALL-IN-1 mail to ALL-IN-1 mail. So is the explanation in note 2139 applied to my case? What will be the cause then? MRTOVMS problem? Please help! Steven.

Hi Steven, If you were sending to a VMSmail account it does look like a different problem. However, it's a well-known one. You can find lots of notes discussing MRGATE delivering multiple copies in FORTY2::MAILBUS_V1 - sorry, I can't remember exactly how you fix the problem. grahame | |||||
