A customer has one user who periodically gets the following RMS error when
filing or printing a WPS-PLUS document:

%RMS-F-KEY, invalid record number or key value

She has run TRU and $ ANALYZE/RMS on DOCDB.DAT and DAF.DAT does not reveal any
errors.

Any ideas?

    Does the article entitled Cannot Edit Files Across Network With
    WPS-PLUS in the OFFICE_SYSTEMS STARS database help?
    
    Can I ask again (as i did in note 2656) why these ALL-IN-1 calls aren't 
    being passed to the Atlanta CSC for resolution before appearing in this
    notesfile?

Andrew,

I have reviewed the article you referenced and customer is not attempting to 
edit or merge files across a network.  I was given some further information 
by the customer since posting my note and think I may have found an answer
in STARS.  The user is also seeing an "end of data" message.  An article in
STARS indicated that this may be caused by a corrupt WPSDEF.WPL.

This issue was originally logged with the Atlanta CSC via DSNlink, but the 
customer felt that her problem was not being addressed.  Since she is a VAST
customer, she thought she'd try us.

Just to let folks know, this was caused by a corrupt WPSDEF.WPL.
