Is there a presentation on the ALL-IN-1 Customization System? I have a
mid-level manager who is interested in learning more about how ALL-IN-1
systems are customized, how the process is managed, best uses for
customization. They do happen to have a couple of people who have gone
to ALL-IN-1 programming class, but to date, all of the customization
has been done by Digital folks. Are there any presentations out there
that might help?

| I doubt whether any presentation has been built on this topic. You
might like to point the manager towards either of my books on ALL-IN-1,
both of which cover the subject of customization in some detail.

Programming books! Getting Started takes you through a very simple
example.
