    Assuming that VMS (aka OpenVMS) v5.5-3 is in fact a released product
    (and I have too many unread mail messages to confirm or deny that) the
    certification process is undertaken by the IOSG Support Team who
    periodically update the compatibility matrix in note 6 so contacting
    them would be a good start - and don't forget to let us know.
