      Hi

My customer use ALL-IN-1 3.0 and he try to add new printer table
    as share table.

He has already tested the two files ATOPE.PRA and ATOPE.PRC in
his [.TABLE] directory. The print is fine.

Now he has copied the two file in the KOA$PRINT_SHARE.DIR , and he has
    create a correct STYLE.

When he print using this style in foreground , he get the error message

      "Printer Character file not found"

I suppose that the "printer character file" is ATOPE.PRC , but
perhaps, I'm wrong. Where should this file reside?

    Thanks a lot for help

                                         Simon

| Simon,

    	just an idea.

When you've finished your changes of printer Tables (PRA,PRC) you've to
copy the files to WPL$PRT which is a search list pointing to
    [allin1.site.print] [allin1.print] and OA$LIB_LLV. It's the same like
    KOA$PRINT_DIR.

Printer character not found - one possible reason for this could be,
that the protection is wrong. Check for W:RE. But the most problem
I've encountered is : Check with WP PT (TX DT in German) E your desired
table choose FO and look for the entry 'File'. Here's the location
    for the .PRC file.!!!!

    Have fun
    Charly

| Hello,

Another possibility is that after the PRA and the PRC worked fine
in [.tables], they where RENAMED to KOA$PRINT_DIR. The PRA file
contains a hardcoded reference to the PRC with the old file name.

    Just a thought.
