hi - ALL-IN-1 3.0-1, VMS 5.5-2
USERA reserves a document, then goes on vacation. Other users need
access to this document. Noone with CONTROL access is around, neither
is the ALL-IN-1 MANAGER.
Can anything be done to the administrator's account to allow them to
URV a document (besides giving manager priv's for NEWDIR or giving
CONTROL access to ALL drawers by default).

a continuation of .1
the ALL-IN-1 management guide (sec 9.7) says that ANYONE with CONTROL
access can URV a document in a shared drawer.
in trying this at the customer site, i'm finding that this is not so...
a user with CONTROL access keeps getting the message
"Document has not been reserved" after trying to URV the selected
document.
the user with CONTROL tried to edit the above document and is getting
the message that the document is in fact reserved.
the manager (of course) can URV the document.
