2414.0. "COPY function truncates file records" by EWBV51::NAGURA (I'll be on Berliner Festwoche !) Mon Mar 15 1993 08:35
Hi, I have a question about TXT$COPY_PRINT DSAB.
My customer has a boilerplate which holds a lot of <CSI>s.
When printing a merged output, he has a checkerboard at the end of
one line in place of <CSI> and the rest of lines get out of order.
I've received an output file not to be printed correctly, and I
found several records truncated at their ends of the lines. The lines
are 303 bytes in length originally, after copy function in WPPRINT.SCP
executed they became 281 bytes long.
I can produce the problem simply like this, if INFILE.TXT has a lot
      of control codes in it.
      <COPY "INFILE.TXT" "OUTFILE.TXT" TXT$COPY_PRINT
	Are there any workarounds ?
	Thanks,	Yukiji
