Hi,
A form has been devolped under CM in V3.0. When the application manager (in
this case the ALL-IN-1 manager) tries to move it to the live area, the PME
operation fails.
The error is: "oa$site_lib_llv:siteoaform.flb is permananetly locked by
MANAGER".
I checked the lock status of siteoaform using LFL in the system manager's menu.
It seemed the the library is not locked (status 0).
What happened to siteoaform?

Look at the disk location field for the element in the CM$SITELOG
dataset.
It'll probably be in lowercase. Change it to upper case and it should
work then.
