Hello,
My customer called wordperfect for help but wordperfect told them it is
an ALL-IN-1 problem.
The customer implemented Document Quota. Any user who faces the CDQ form
cannot read or print a document if it is wordperfect document.
Comes back with the error'
Optional Software Product not installed.
WPCORP OA not installed
ERROR OPENING LIST FILE ""
@OA$CURDOC OPTIONAL PRODUCT NOT INSTALLED
!AS NOT INSTALLED.
But at the same scenario (CDQ), print any document so long as it is not
wordperfect document, it works fine.
Does anyone know if this is ALL-IN-1 or Wordperfect problem ?
thanks
ricardo

Hi,
Looks to me like a WordPerfect problem. I'm guessing that WordPerfect
relies on oaini.scp being run, but if a user arrives in the overquota
form oaini.scp does not get run until the user manages to escape.
If this is the case then a solution might to look at the read and print
scripts in the FORMAT file, and see if they can test for a first-time
flag and run the necessary code.
Cheers
Stuart

No wonder their support cost is lower than ours - even I can say
