| 2196.1 | User needs to press Gold-W | IOSG::SHOVE | Dave Shove -- REO2-G/M6 | Tue Feb 02 1993 12:14 | 8 |
|  |     Not that I know of.

    You could include in the first line of the REPLY message "Press Gold-W
    to see whole message" - of course, the users might see other stuff in
    the Gold-W buffer as well, which might confuse them a bit.

    Dave PS (before someone else jumps on you - please spell the product's
    name ALL-IN-1 with its dashes. Thank you.)

| 2196.2 | Use /BROADCAST_HANDLING qualifier to capture message | BUSHIE::SETHI | Man from Downunder | Tue Feb 02 1993 22:21 | 15 |
|  |     Hi Dave,

    Using the $REPLY/qualifier/etc. "message", will display the message on
    the screen and only the first line. ALL-IN-1 does not interupt these
    broadcaste messages and trap them in the ALL-IN-1 message buffer
    (Gold-W).

    The only way to capture the message in the ALL-IN-1 messages buffer is
    to invoke ALL-IN-1 with a /broadcaste_handling qualifier,by doing
    so the broadcaste message is captured in the message buffer. Note all
    messages are displayed on line 24.

    Regards,

    Sunil

| 2196.3 | Mea Culpa | IOSG::SHOVE | Dave Shove -- REO2-G/M6 | Wed Feb 03 1993 11:05 | 7 |
| | Sorry Sunil, yes I should have mentioned that.

    I always run ALL-IN-1 with /broadcast, so I'd forgotten that it wasn't
    the default behaviour.

    Thanks,
    Dave.
