| 2026.1 | Partial answer for question 2 | YR2000::ZANIEWSKI_D | Why would CSC specialists need training? | Wed Dec 30 1992 14:23 | 10 |
| | Hi Scot,

I'll try the second question. If you mean ALL-IN-1 DESKtop
Services for VMS and ALL-IN-1 DESKtop for DOS/Macintosh, there
might not be a permanent product manager. The previous product
manager accepted the buyout in the last round. Contact Terry
Duguay (DTN 381-1771) for information about registering your
customer as a field test site.

        Dave Zaniewski

| | Scot,

Did you see note 1963 it indicates that CRS was upgraded at least in
Europe but I don't know off-hand whether it has been released by
european ASSETS yet - try their notes file CLARID::EOASSETS.

on number two whether or not the product you are describing is
ALL-IN-1 DESKtop for xxx or whether it is the ALL-IN-1 Services
for DECwindows product (Aka MICA) i'd always recommend starting with
the *ENTIRE* ALL-IN-1 Product Management Organisation which is
commonly known as Dave Holt @REO these days - if it's not one of his
products he'll either know whose it is or try and find out for you.

    regards,

| | I didn't want to start another note for this. I have a customer with
ALL-IN-1 and they want conference room scheduling. Since this doesn't
seem to be a supported Assets package, what package are we recommending
to provide this functionality to the customer?

| | probably Russell Calendar manager? I honestly don't know you may
want to try asking marketing or product management
