    I've a customer who encountered some problems with the TRM housekeeping
    since he has the following configuration :
    	VMS V5.5-2
    	ALL-IN-1 V2.4 + K603
    	Cluster
    
    (before : Vms V5.4 ALL-IN-1 without patch, cluster)
    
    In the .LOG, we found this error:
    ERROR OPENING OA$ACCOUNTS:[ALLIN1.A1DIR]SMLOG2.TMP as input
    	FILE CURRENTLY LOCKED BY ANOTHER USER.
    
    The procedure was processing OA$DAF_D.DAT
    
    We have ckecked some SYSTEM parameters
    
	Have you some ideas
