       Hi,
I have a customer currently in V3.0 and they have some procedure
    problems.
The MCD can make copy of Inbox documents and subsequently user can
read the MCDed copy of the document instead of the Inbox document.
They said there were users claimed that they didn't read an Inbox
document but they could have read it through for eg, MCDed the Inbox
    document. (confused?)
So, the ALL-IN-1 manager wants to 'control' this situation. They
are asking if there is a way to disable MCD an Inbox document or
indicate that an Inbox document has been made copy.
    	Any suggestions?
    Regards.

| Sowwan,

The best way would to be to customise the forms where MCD appears
(EM$INDEX$OPTIONS and one other I think) and change the named
data of the MCD option to disallow copying of INBOX messages
    (checking that STATUS=UNREAD for example).

Off-hand I can't think of an easy way to do your other option
about indicating that an Inbox copy exists when you read the copied
    version.

    Regards,
