Hi,
One of my customer has the following pb:
With the ADS procedure of ALL-IN-1 2.4 english and K603 patch.
In the log file there is a dump when checking a particular user.
the exit status is %x1000000C
The process used 3hours cpu .
The pb is reproductible.
If the user is excluded of the list the job terminated fine
We have verified : The language in the user profile.
There is no blank folder in this account
No missing body or attachement in mails
The customer is going to try immediat archiving for this user.
I hope we 'll have more infos.
I don't know what else to verify.
Do you have any idea ?

STARS has 65 articles on Archiving under v2.4 - presumably you can see
the same databases I can? I couldn't even begin to list all the
possible causes though analyzing the user's DOCdb and DAF would be
a good next step followed by encouraging the customer to upgrade to
v3.0 where archiving is apparently a lot less bad than it was before.
