Hello,
I have been trying to add an ALL-IN-1 user to DDS but no luck.
The user gets the famous "YOU CANNOT BE AUTHENTICATED IN THE MAIL
DIRECTORY"
I followed the step by step procedure from the Mail Management guide
still no luck. I deleted the dds entry using MBMAN and started from
scratch for the problem user,same error.
The DDS ID from ALL-IN-1 Profile matches the DDS ID from MBMAN.
What else could I be missing.
ALL-IN-1 V2.4, MESSAGE ROUTER V3.2.

Maybe a dumb question, but I guess you defined the OA$<node>$ALLIN1
entry before any of the users were added?

Yes , correct proxy for the ALL-IN-1 useragent exist for all users
in MBMAN. There are about 600+ happy users except the one I could not
link with DDS. The system Manager do not know of any software failure,
all of a sudden this one user started to get this error. It was working
well for years until today.

Does it work if the reverse lookup, proxy etc is in uppercase?

I was away too and just got back, sorry for not posting the result
sooner.
Yes , the problem was solved. Kind of wierd but the famous
ALLIN1/NOCUSTOM did the trick. I deleted the entry from MBMAN, then
did the /nocustom and set the user's DDSID="", MDFLAG="Y",
<DO SUBSCRIBER_ADD.
