    Can anybody confirm if
    
    Element OA$SCT$SDF 
    Type    OASDF 
    
    Is a base element?  On at least one ALL-IN-1 V3.0 system it was not
    present.  On other systems it appears to be part of the base kit.
    
    Confirmation of if it is part of the bAse kit of British and US English
    kits would be appreciated.

	Yes, it is a base element. However, some systems that were upgraded through several of the field test baselevels have CM$SDC files that are missing some of the files which were provided quite late on in the day. I've just checked a "virgin" V3.0 system and the element record is here in all its glory. Tony
