Hi all, I currently have a customer that is transfering accounts from an ALL-IN-1 v2.4 system to an ALL-IN-1 v3.0 system. When the transfered accounts are loaded all mail from the account is replaced back into shared areas. I would of thought that any mail would stay as a personal document. Is this the way it is supposed to work? What are the chances of this having a conflict with existing mail on the system. any help greatly appreciated. thanks darrin

Yes, Transfer User replaces mail back in the shared areas so
as not to exceed any disk quotas. It is supposed to be that
way. A new filename is genertaed for the messages so there
is no chance of a name clash (it also may be in a different
shared area depending on the configuration of your two systems).

    Regards,
    Paul
