I can't get an index of the right documents when issueing the document 
number and leaving the other fields empty. (useful for crossfiled docs)

Sometimes I get documents next to the number wanted including number
wanted, just now in my account I get 500 documents out of 700 offered.

Is this supposed to work?

    Hi,
    
    On the index form you have to fill in both the FROM and TO document
    number fields, e.g.
    
 Folder:
 Title:
 Author:                                                 Status:
 Number: 43707   To: 43707    Creation Date:                 To:
 Keywords:                                                  Match all keys?: N
 Data type:                          Handling:
 Phrase:
