    G'day All,
    
    A customer has a problem running TRM under ALL-IN-1 IOS 3.0, the problem 
    occurs in Phase 3 but the TRM has completed successfully.
    
    This looks like an old problem that occured under Version 2.4.  Has
    this been re-introduced under 3.0 ?  The problem was reported for TRU
    and NOT TRM.
    
    Is the work around to comment out the purge in the
    OA$SM_FCVR_SCHEDULE.COM ?  Should you require access to the logfile
    it's called RIPPER::USER$TSC:NZ.LOG the protection is set to w:r.
    
    A small part of the logfile is attached. Thanks for you help in

    Is this an upgraded system that was patch ?
    
    I can remember something like old OA$SM_FCVR.EXE                     
    hanging around in OA$SITE_LIB_mumble. This version does not               
    generate the tmp files.

    They upgraded from 2.4 to 3.0.  So I suppose I have to check to ensure
    that they have the correct version of OA$SM_FCVR.EXE to solve this
    problem.

    I did an analyze/image/interactive oa$sm_fcvr.exe and found that they
    had the 2.4 image installed.  The previous version was the 3.0 image.
    
    The problem has been solved.
