Is there a way to use wildcard in calendar access list. I want to
grant everybody read/write acces to my calendar but don't want to
add them one by one. Thanks.

No, as far as I know you can only enter an individual user name
through the existing user interface for calendar access management.
But, you could probably write a script to go through the user profile
and add each existing user access to your calendar. This would not
reflect any changes to the user profile after it is run (such as
add a new user that is added to the system) unless you also
customized the create user procedure.
This functionality has been requested of Engineering. Specifically
to be able to enter a list of users.
