Can the Line number of INDEX forms be customized?
For example: Display the line number in inverse order.

While we're at customization. I am also trying to see if there
are Boilerplates used for Read Receipts or is it generated from
scripts.

Hi
The one boilerplate used to layout a Read Receipt is RRTEMPLAT.BLP
This blp needs special attention due to the MERGE_LINE command which
can upset the layout when EM$_MSG_READ_BY is Xlated.
