my customer just "turned on " cluster alias and some things are not working
right. this is the cluster: the cluster alias is COSD.
      SYSTEMS MEMBERS
  NODE SOFTWARE STATUS
 COSMV2 VMS V5.4 MEMBER ALL-IN-1
 COSMV7 VMS V5.4 MEMBER ALL-IN-1
 COSMV5 VMS V5.4 MEMBER
 COSMV3 VMS V5.4 MEMBER
 COSMV6 VMS V5.4 MEMBER
i think that some logicals need to be redefined, but don't know where they
get set. i don't think i should modify them by hand.
	(LNM$SYSTEM_TABLE)
	  "CLUSTER$MASTER" = "COSMV2"
	  "CLUSTER$NAME" = "COSMV2"
	  "CLUSTER$SYSTEMS" = "COSMV2,COSMV3, COSMV5,COSMV6,COSMV7"

	   "OA$PRIMARY_NODE" = "COSMV2" (LNM$SYSTEM_TABLE)
	   "SYS$CLUSTER_NODE" = "COSD::" (LNM$SYSTEM_TABLE)
do i need to change anything within ALL-IN-1? MR has been changed to:
Network management node name : COSD
if anyone answers this, please explain in simple language for the
    simple minded.

    	thanks so very much!

| Hi,

If you don't use a remote message router, the logical OA$PRIMARY_NODE
should be equal to SYS$CLUSTER_NODE. Did you startup ALL-IN-1 after
    "turning on" cluster aliasing?

    Regards,
    Sjaak.
