    There had been earlier discussions about V2.4 - V3.0 differences
    documentation and training in this conference. I am hoping to have an
    update since last April and May.
    
    1. Is there going to be any ALL-IN-1 V2.4 - V3.0 differences training for
    end users. Also, is there a documentation available on line?
    
    Both ALL-IN-1 V3.0 and WPS-Plus V4.0 have a lot of changes, and to use
    all the new features, the users need to be trained properly. My
    customer still hasn't upgraded, and will not for a while. They want to
    however, train their super users who in turn will train every one else
    in the end user differences. Is there a course for them to take or at
    least review a document?
    
    
    2. When is the management/administrative level differences and upgrade
    training will be offered for customers, so that they can plan properly
    for upgrading to V3.0 and make use of all the new features, transition
    properly from SFCP to the Distribute Sharing Option, etc? 
    
    I hope that some of you might know more than I do at this point. I know
    that there was a training for the latter (management) to be offered
    this summer in Atlanta. I can't recall the date, and also when it will
    be offered again.
