| | Jackie,

I think it's kind of strange that you post a note to find out what
answer you'll get when you phone us but then i've heard stranger things
    in my time.

The CSC will always "fully" support what is listed as Supported in the
SPD or Official Documentation Set and will do a "best effort" on
everything else such as supporting ALL-IN-1 v2.2.

Since note 250 included an endorsement from Sir Donald on running co-ex
v2.3 I personally count that as 'officially supported'

    Regards,

    Andrew.D.Wicks

This notesfile (although based on the ALL-IN-1 development group's
system) is not an official support channel, rather it's a worker's
co-operative where people in the field help each other, and the rest of
us (who wouldn't recognise a customer if we saw one :-) ) help as best
    we can.

Atlanta (or whatever your local country support centre is) is the only
guaranteed support channel. If you perceive that this notesfile is more
efficient and quicker than phoning Atlanta, I'm glad we're doing a good
job here, but I hope that Atlanta can help you with what I'm sure must
    be a mis-conception.

Don't worry about offending Andy, we all do that from time to time -
try mentioning Wales's recent rugby succeses if you want to *really*
    offend him :-) :-)

Back to your question - Being a lazy slob, I tried to get away with not
supporting V2.3 co-existent systems, so I didn't have to write so much
code and do so much testing. But my Manager wouldn't let me! So we did
do the work, but unfortunately I forgot to change it in the IG.

    Graham
