I have a customer who has ALL-IN-1 STARTER 2.3. I would like to know if he could migrate directly to ALL-IN-1 3.0 or if he first have to do an upgrade to ALL-IN-1 2.4? Thanks for your answer. Valrie

| He can go directly to V3.0.

There might be some manual tasks to be done first. Check the V2.4
starter guide to see what it said in there.

| Valerie,

Things to watch out for if you're going to do it in one step are:

    1) Software prerequisities - running Pre-check will help you since
you might need to upgrade any/all of VMS, MR, FMS, CDA etc ...
    2) licenses for ALL-IN-1 and it's prerequisites may be needed.

    3) some other things that might be needed before starting
       o run SYS$MANAGER:AS010_PRE_V23UPGRADE.COM
o add OA$LIB:CM to the FRMLIB line of the MANAGER account

It's a supported upgrade path but we haven't heard of anyone who's
tried it yet so let us know how you get on.

    regards,
