A customer has described the following problem:

All users receive the following message while attempting to Answer a mail
message:

"Normal Conditin at !AS.!AS.!/!_!_ because of !AS. !/!_!_statuses: !SL,!SL"

Using GOLD-W displays an empty window.

    I solved it...
    
    Investigation uncovered that this message was being received ONLY when
    the original message had multiple addressees. The user was actually
    then being prompted whether to send an answer to SENDER or ALL
    addressees. This particular system is highly customized, and some sort
    of error was generated within the message files whereby the wrong
    message text was being displayed.
