    Our customer just upgraded to V2.4D, and they want to convert some of
    their old printer attribute files to work with the new WPS-PLUS V4.0
    formatter.  (it displays a nasty message if you try to print with the
    old tables)  However... the COnvert option on the [wp] PT screen always
    creates a blank file!  Is this the intended behavior?  We have had to
    manually create new printer attribute files (.PRA) using the new
    WPS-PLUS V4.0 files as a template, and running the old V2.4 PTU to read
    the information from the old .PRAs.
    
    For a 'minor' upgrade/patch, it had some nasty side effects.
