| 816.2 | Should have at least 5 tapes | IOSG::BURTON | ALL-IN-1 Builder | Fri Jun 05 1992 08:15 | 17 |
|  |     ann,

    	If your customer received the ALL-IN-1 V3.0 Update kit (Part no
    QA-AAAAA-W5 for TK50), they should have 5 tapes altogether :

    	AQ-FW78G-BE	VAX MESSAGE ROUTER V3.2 TK50
    	AQ-FW79G-BE	MR VMSMAIL GTWY TK50 V3.0 BIN
    	AQ-HI89H-BE	ALL-IN-1 V3.0 BASE BIN TK50
    	AQ-HM93H-BE	VAX NOTES V2.2 BIN TK50
    	AQ-HV33F-BE	ALL-IN-1 V3.0 ENGLISH TK50

	If this is not the case, I suggest you check with the SSB. If the
    part number of their kit is not as above, let me know what it is and I
    will check what tapes should have been supplied.

    Martin.

| 816.3 | Language tape now holds Market kit too! | IOSG::PYE | Graham - ALL-IN-1 Sorcerer's Apprentice | Fri Jun 05 1992 09:09 | 12 |
| | I've moved your replies to note 16 to a fresh topic here, since I
    thought that was more appropriate.

    Further to Martin's reply, in V3.0 we chnaged the packaging so that the
    "most likely" country kit (or kits) for a language is on the language
    tape. Since each tape we move out of the SSB costs us $10, I figure
    this saves us several K dollars!

    Hence the ENGLISH tape has the US and British Country/Market components
    on it.

    Graham
