Hello folks,
My customer has a problem with ALL-IN-1 2.4 and Message Router 3.1.

In A1CONFIG he set the field remote mail to 1, but he is not able to send mail
via Message Router to ALL-IN-1 users on other nodes on the network, he tries to
relink ALL-IN-1 but he still has the same problem, what can he do to solve his
problem?
Thank you for the help

| Filonmena,

Relinking has nothing to do with it as has been discussed in previous
notes. The Mail Management Guide has a lot of useful information on
    this.

It depends on whether the Message Router is local or remote

For Local - change A1CONFIG - don't forget to add the mailox name
    	        create a Mailbox in MRMAN
    		restart ALL-IN-1
    		send mail

For remote - you have to set host to the remote system to create the
mailbix in MRMAN and in A1CONFIG you have to add the name
    		 of the system running MR.

Anyway the Mail Management Guide is a good start.

    Regards,
