      I don't know if something went wrong with my installation. (no errors
    from the logfile). I was doing some test, MGT MFC MP. I pressed the
    help key and keep pressing CR, right after (I think #58, from 39 to
    58(?), they are all same option TRAINING, ** ACCESS VIOLATION **.
      Same thing happens with MSY,DAP,MMA,MNQ. Also if you choose a certain
    option (number corresponding to topic you want)it does not give you
    any information  at all. 
    Anybody with BL123A please confirm if it is my installation ?

|     No, it does it for me on BL123 too.
    
    Looks like you should post an SPR, once the CSCs are open for business
    again....
    
    I imagine there must be some duff information in the help source around
    that point, so someone clever than me could sort it out so you could
    fix it. Then Tony can explain how to customise help from CM!
    
    Pretty sad that we ACCVIO, whatever is wrong with the file - Good job
    it's in a fairly small corner of the product.

    It's ok by me. Since GAP closed down the FT conference on Friday we
    don't have any alternatives.
    
    Note that there's a neat variation on this HELP problem
    in some areas of the subsystem known as CM. In that after a number of
    carriage returns you end up hung and have to press CTRL-Y (or if you're
    a customer who disables this you have to do STOP PROC/ID=...)
    
    I'm sure there are HELP problems elsehwhere and i'm not trying to pick
    on CM per se - just i've been in there a bit recently as Simon can
    confer.
    
    P.S even though we as a CSC aren't open for business for SPRs we are
        still submitting QARs!
